Restart your phone into TWRP Recovery mode.
- Install lineage-14.1-20170814-nightly-d802-signed.zip
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Install open_gapps-arm-7.1-nano-20170818.zip
- Install addonsu
- Choose : Restart
